Plum cake, underbrush, pomegranate, & confectioned blackberry unfold in the glass. The taut, full-bodied palate flexes muscle yet restraint, offering brambleberry, raspberry, & funky lavender, while polished tannins provide the wine's backbone. While it won't need years in the cellar to become accessible, this wine will also continue to evolve for years.
